Property Tax Forms: Note: Many of the forms below are two page documents. If you intend to use these forms to submit to the township, please print page one to the front of a sheet of paper and page two on the back of the same sheet of paper. This insures the Township as well as the State that you were in possession of the instructions necessary to fill out the form.

Form 2856: Guidelines for the Michigan Homestead Property Tax Exemptions
Form 2368: Affidavit for Principal Residence Exemption (former Homestead Exemption) This is a fillable form, which means that you may fill the form out on your computer and then print on your printer then mail to the Township. Information filled out on the form is NOT automatically transmitted to the Township via the internet. You must mail in your completed form to Assessor!
