If you intend to use these forms to submit to the township, please print page one to the front of a sheet of paper and page two on the back of the same sheet of paper. This insures the Township as well as the State that you were in possession of the instructions necessary to fill out the form.

Form 2856: Guidelines for the Michigan Homestead Property Tax Exemptions
