The County of Van Buren is involved with Michigan State Housing Development Authority. This is a program that rehabilitates homes for Van Buren County homeowners at 80% or less of the area median income. Van Buren County engages the services of Southwest Michigan Community Action Agency as their 3rd party administrator.
