The Van Buren County Continuum of Care (CoC) is a subgroup of the Human Services Collaborative Council. The CoC is comprised of human service providers who are committed to working on issues of rural homelessness.

CoC meetings are held monthly on the first Wednesday of each month at 3:00 PM at the following location at 801 Hazen Street in Paw Paw, conference room C.
