Geneva Township, Van Buren County, Michigan is six square miles, bordered on the North by Baseline Road and the Allegan County Townships of Casco & Lee. Baseline road is the border between Van Buren and Allegan Counties.

East Township line is the 58,000 block bordered by Columbia Township's west line. (Physical road way is CR 681 beginning at CR 388 going south. North section line runs to Baseline road but no roadway is in place.)

South Township line is at 24th Avenue from CR 681 going south to 70,000 block of 24th Avenue. (Physical road way is only in place from CR 681 to CR 687 and from 69th Street to 70000 block in Geneva Township.) South border of Geneva Township North border of Bangor Township.

West township line is at 70000 block (Physical road way is only in place from Baseline Road to CR 388.) West border of Geneva Township is East border of South Haven Township.
