From I-94 take the Paw Paw Exit (exit 60). Turn north and proceed ˝ mile. Take right after Sheriffs Building, proceed to Administration & Land Services Building on left.

ADMINISTRATION
The County Administrator is an employee of the Board of Commissioners and administers adopted policies and budget on a day-to-day basis, as well as supervising the work of appointed department heads. The Administrator is the Chief Financial Officer of the County and works with the Clerk and Treasurer in monitoring the County's financial software.

The personnel function for much of the County is handled in this office by the Human Resources Specialist. Other employees handle the Safety and Health Promotion programs, purchasing, preparation of the Board of Commissioners agenda and packet, and liability and workers compensation insurance.
