The County Administrator is an the chief administrative official of the County and is appointed by the Board of Commissioners.  He administers adopted policies and budget on a day-to-day basis, as well as supervising the work of appointed department heads.

The Adminstration Office also handles the Safety and Health Promotion programs, purchasing, preparation of the Board of Commissioners agenda and packet, liability and workers compensation insurance, and the Human Resourses.
